You are not alone! Multiple Facebook users around the world have been reporting the same during the past few months. The issue seems to be global and the Facebook Support Team are well aware of it also working hard to fix it.
We’ve got your back! Instead of waiting, here are few simple steps that will help you fix it yourself.
- Login to your Facebook business account & navigate to “Settings”.
- From the left-side menu, choose “Users” then “People”.
- Choose the account name.
- Click “Edit”.
- From the Finance Role drop-down menu, select “Finance Editor”
- From the Developer Role drop-down menu, select “Developer”
- Hit “ Update Person” to save the changes.
- After you save, you should have those 3 roles listed under the account name as shown in the below screenshot “Admin Access, Finance Editor, Developer”
Now, you’re all set! You can go back to the Convertedin dashboard and reconnect your account!
